Helen Longmuir is without doubt the most inspirational athletes you will ever meet. She has competed and won more shows than anyone in the industry across the Figure and Bikini Categories. Where most competitive athletes struggle to compete once or twice per year Helen continually knocks out show after show, as many as 10-15 events per year!
Helen has competed across all the top Natural Organizations and holds numerous State, National and International Titles. She has a true love for the health and fitness industry and a passion for the competitive stage.
